They never have enough people and they have a system that tells you the wait times but its always wrong. Used it to check in from home. It said 19min wait. Arrived 10mins later and it still said 19 min wait. Sat there for 45mins and still did not get haircut. Similar situation the day before.

TJ cut my hair and did a fantastic job. I will continue to go see her for my haircuts.
